Estimated Delivery Times

For international deliveries: Items ship from Japan and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from the shipping date. However, please allow up to 4 weeks due to customs procedures or weather.

For domestic deliveries: Items usually arrive within 3 days of the shipping date.

Due to the varied nutritional contents of each snack or food item in the assortment, we cannot guarantee that all items are gluten-free or halal.

▶ Can I send the items as a gift?

Yes, you can. When ordering, please use the recipient's address as the delivery address and your own email and billing address.

▶ Can I order only my favorite items?

▶ When is the expiration date?

The expiration date for the items is as follows:

■ For international deliveries: Within 60 days of shipment within Japan.

■ For domestic deliveries (standard shipping): Within 30 days of shipment within Japan.

■ For domestic deliveries (chilled shipping): Within 30 days of shipment within Japan.

▶ About “Best By” or “Expiration Date” displayed on the seller’s website

The expiration date on the original seller’s website may be calculated from the manufacturing date and could be shorter due to the timing of our shipments. However, the expiration date we provide is based on the original date from manufacturing, offering you accurate information.

▶ Can I purchase the same sweets/snacks/foods delivered in my package?

Yes, you can. Please make your request by email with a photo attached.

All items are exclusive to Japan and shipped directly from Japan.

Items will be shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation.

▶ How can I track my order?

▶ What if VAT or customs duties are charged?

▶ What if items in my order arrive damaged?

While we take every precaution to prevent shipping damage, some couriers may handle packages roughly.

We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

Chocolate may be harder to ship safely as temperatures rise. If temperatures in your area exceed 23°C (73°F), minor damage to chocolate is possible. If temperatures exceed 28°C (82°F), there is a risk of chocolate melting during transit. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from temperature changes during shipping.
