3. Billing and Payments

By becoming a Member, you consent to the following benefits and Terms: You are obligated to furnish us with precise contact and payment details, such as your name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. It is imperative to keep this information current at all times. For the convenience of future shipments and billing, we retain your payment details. All personal information provided is governed by our Privacy Policy. 【SAKURA thanks】 reserves the right to impose an additional fee on your order if global shipping disruptions occur (e.g., a worldwide pandemic, natural disaster, etc.) and standard shipping methods are unavailable. 

In such instances, 【SAKURA thanks】 may need to elevate your shipping method to a premium service　unless you request to opt out of this upgrade before the charge is applied. Any fees or charges levied by your bank or credit card issuer are your responsibility. 

Should your payment be declined for any reason, we reserve the right to re-bill your account directly and seek alternative payment methods, including sending a paper statement. 

Please note that our shipping services do not cover mail forwarding to a new address.

 

4. Payment with Shipping Outside of Japan 

The total amount due for the purchase of a product includes the product's price and the shipping fees. Consumption tax is not applied.

Customs duties (such as import tax, value-added tax, and customs fees) may be required depending on the destination country or region. In such cases, the receiver or the user is responsible for these additional costs.

Payment is accepted exclusively via credit card (VISA, MASTER, or AMEX), with the user's card being charged upon order completion. The payment deadline for the credit card will be set by the card issuer.

Please be aware that once payment is processed, refunds cannot be issued for user convenience.

Should a dispute occur between a user and their credit card company or payment processor, it will be settled directly between those parties, and 【SAKURA thanks】 will bear no responsibility.

5. Payment with Inside of Japan Shipping

The total amount due for the purchase of a product includes the product's price and the shipping fees. Consumption tax has been included.

6. Countries and Areas to Which Products Can Be Shipped

Products can be shipped only to countries and areas available in the pull-down list. Some destinations accepting Japan Post may impose restrictions on certain items. We are unable to ship products that are restricted to these countries or areas. For restrictions on items sent via Japan Post, please consult the prohibited items list by selecting the relevant country from the country list.

7. Shipping Outside of Japan of Products

Our products can only be shipped by Japan Post.

Shipping charges are determined based on factors such as the total weight after packing, the receiving area and special additional charges. Please confirm the shipping charges that will be displayed when placing the order.

Ordered products will be shipped after 【SAKURA thanks】 has confirmed the completion of payment therefor.

In principle, ordered products will be shipped on the appointed day.

After the completion of the relevant order; however, please be advised that the above time may vary depending on the circumstances. In addition, depending on the season, it may take additional days for ordered products to be shipped. Delivery dates cannot be designated.

The delivery of ordered products may be delayed and take longer than ordinarily expected due to a natural disaster, war, incident, accident, etc., or depending on the status of customs inspection, etc.

Even if an ordered product fails to reach its destination, 【SAKURA thanks】 will assume no liability whatsoever as long as it has completed reasonably necessary shipping procedures.

8. Domestic delivery of products in Japan

Products are delivered only by Yamato Transport/Sagawa Express.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the package after packaging, delivery destination, etc.

The shipping date will be according to the date specified by the customer.

Delivery of products may be delayed beyond the number of days normally expected due to natural disasters, wars, incidents, accidents, etc., or due to customs inspection conditions.

Please contact the delivery company directly to inquire about the delivery status of the product.

Please note that the delivery company may contact the user to confirm.

Even if the product does not arrive, we will not be held responsible as long as we have completed the reasonably necessary delivery procedures.

【SAKURA thanks】 does not offer allergen information for its Japanese products. Although we strive to accurately list common allergens, our list may not be exhaustive, and 【SAKURA thanks】 cannot assure that all items are free of allergens in our product range.

10. Product Information ; Quantity Limitations

Apart from content that may be submitted by members, we endeavor to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and complete. However, some information may have pricing, typographical, or other errors and inaccuracies that we will correct without any liability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities that members can purchase and to modify, suspend, or discontinue any event or promotion at any time without notice, even after an order has been placed and acknowledged.
