Regarding Order Cancellations and Returns

• We accept returns (with a full refund) within 7 days of the product’s arrival date.

• If the product is defective, returns and exchanges are allowed; however, we do not accept returns due to customer preference.

• Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. However, if the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping fee and handle the return or exchange.
